As riders we know that gear can endure stress and strain and we want to know if you experience any problems with our products.
This warranty includes any made-to-order products including: jackets and/or pants.
Chic Riot warrants any material or workmanship that deems defective for up to one year from date of purchase. This excludes t-shirts and other promotional merchandise.
What is covered: Defective or broken zippers, seams, some materials* and other reasonable defects
What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, replacement of armor, repair or replacement of merchandise after the unfortunate event of an accident, or damage caused by improper use or force
Please send us a picture to @ chicriotapparel@gmail.com to review any defect(s) and let us decide the best option. Instructions and information will be sent to you in order to return your merchandise.
The defect will either be repaired or replaced depending on the issue.
